Microwave ovens are among those kitchen appliances that we use on a daily basis as they make things easier for us by cooking or heating food.
Viking microwaves are reliable appliances with a lot of modern features like Multiple Convection Modes and Fast Cooking Time, but like all machines, they can eventually stop working for one or another reason. If you face this problem, try the tips below to fix the issue by yourself.
Follow these simple tips to get your Viking microwave working properly:
Make sure the microwave is plugged in and receive power. Plug a hairdryer, or other appliance into the microwave’s outlet, and see if it works. If it works, you know the problem is with the microwave, not the power circuit.
Ensure the GFCI outlet is working as it should. If the GFCI outlet stopped working, push the reset button back in to reset the breaker.
Make sure the circuit breaker or fuse is working properly. If the circuit breaker is tripped or the fuse is blown, turn the circuit breaker off and then back on again, or replace the blown fuse.
